‘Tis the season for a Hedgerow Slinger

This Friday we tried out a new cocktail using our local suppliers – ‘Hedgerow Sling’ – on some of our customers last night and it went down a storm… Here’s our adapted recipe for you to try at home

Serve in a High Ball Glass
– Hayman’s Sloe Gin over Ice
– A splash of Elderflower Cordial
– Squeeze of Fresh Lemon
– White’s Farm Bramley & Cox Juice
– Topped with Soda
