An affordable space to eat wholesome locally sourced food prepared by young up and coming chef Charlie Stocker will soon be launched.
Until then, from 16 August 2013 the The Waiting Room will open a fully licensed Bar serving drinks amongst a plethora of unique creative cultural activity. Opening times are Wednesday - Saturday, 5pm - 11pm.
In the weeks after the Bar and Café is opened, the kitchen will be developed with a menu devised and cooked by Charlie Stoker, who is a Master Chef Professional Quarter Finalist and Essex Chef of the Year 2012.
